2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Grand Siècle reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Payment on site at the restaurant when you collect your order. Accepted methods: cash and bank card.
4. Delivery / collection
Click & Collect: collection at the restaurant only, at the time slot chosen when ordering. Preparation time is shown when you order. No delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
